It can also provide support for the day-to-day stresses of life, offering you the opportunity to talk through your experiences with someone who is professionally trained, compassionate, and able to offer guidance with care and respect.

What is Counseling?
Counseling is a form of 'talk therapy'. It is a process where an individual, couple or family meet with a trained professional counselor to talk about issues and problems that they are facing in their lives.
What is Christian Counseling?
Christian counseling will focus on helping clients achieve a better understanding of themselves and their relationship with God while using counseling concepts to overcome anxiety, depression, grief, problems in their relationships, and past/present trauma.
What is Grief Counseling?
Grief counseling helps mourners with uncomplicated grief go through the phases of grief. Grief counseling can be provided by professionally trained people, or in self-help groups where bereaved people help other bereaved people. All services may be available in individual or group settings.
Depending on the individual’s developmental stage, needs, and emotional maturity, talk therapy is predominantly used. This process involves talking about obstacles in one’s life. The focus might be anxiety, grief, sadness, trauma, anger, problems in school /in the workplace, struggles with peers, or concerns with communication in other significant relationships.
The Mission
Breathe Counseling Center’s mission is to provide grief support, education, and Christian counseling through safe, sacred spaces where individuals can be heard, supported, and guided with compassion and care.
The Vision
Breathe Counseling Center’s vision is to help create a world where grief is acknowledged, support is accessible, and individuals and communities can heal, grow, and thrive.
